Every guest is requested to observe and comply with the following Regulations established by Cabin & Mountain to maintain the quality of the Cabin and to ensure that Cabin guests have a pleasant and safe stay in accordance with Article 10 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts.
If a guest does not comply with the House Regulations, Cabin & Mountain may choose not to permit further use by the guest of the Cabin facilities pursuant to Article 7 of said Terms and Conditions.
Cabin & Mountain will not be liable to any guest or other person for any damage caused by his/her failure to comply with the House Regulations.
The House regulations are written both in Japanese and English. In the event of any inconsistency or difference the two versions of these Provisions, the Japanese version shall prevail in all respects.

 

1.GUEST ROOMS
(1)Please refrain from using your cabin for purpose other than lodging.
(2)Please refrain from smoking in the Cabin and the premises.
(3)Please do not use and bring in inflammables for heating, cooking, etc., in the Cabin.
(4)The use of firearms, bonfires, etc. is prohibited except for the designated area on the premises.

 

2.CHECK IN/ OUT, UNLOCK/ LOCK
Check in time 15:00 – 19:00
Check out time – 10:00

Please check in at the front desk of the Café on the 2nd floor in the premises. When leaving your Cabin, please
make sure the door is locked.

 

3.VALUNABLES
Articles, cash and valuables brought into the Cabin by the Guest shall be kept by himself/herself. The Cabin shall not be held responsible for the damage, loss or theft of any property owned by the Guest.

 

4.VISITORS
(1)Please do not let any visitor use the equipment and furniture in the Cabin.
(1)Please refrain from inviting outside visitors to your Cabin after 21:00.

 

5.PAYMENT
(1)The full amount of the stay must be paid at check-in. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us at least one day before. If a cabin is available, the full extension fee must be paid by 10:00 on the first day of the extension. If payment is not made by the due date, we may refuse your use of the property.
(2)If you use any additional services during your stay, please pay at check-out.
(3)In circumstances where a party other than the staying guest is to make payment for charges incurred by the Guest and payment is not made by the determined date, the Cabin shall request payment directly from the Guest.
(4)Payment of charges incurred in during use of the Cabin shall be settled with cash, credit cards or a means accepted by the Cabin in place of such.

 

6.PROHIBITED ACTS
Please refrain from such activity as described below that may cause a nuisance to other guests of the Cabin:

(1)Bringing dogs, cats, birds, other animals or pets (seeing eye and assistance dogs permitted);
(2)Bringing objects emitting a foul odor into the Cabin;
(3)Bringing objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities into the Cabin;
(4)Bringing firearms, sword, drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the law of Japan into the Cabin;
(5)Bringing gunpowder, volatile oils or other explosives or inflammable substances into the Cabin;
(6)Gambling, behavior corrupting of public morals;
(7)Drinking heavily, making loud noises, singing, creating a disturbance or any other disgusting behavior;
(8)Leaving your Cabin attired in pajamas or a bathrobe, and the like;
(9)Distribution of advertising or publicity literature, sales of goods or other such activity within the Cabin;
(10)Accommodations to minors without an appropriate attendant;
(11)Guest who behaves in a manner which may physically or mentally cause harm to other guests and property as well as his/her own self due to dementia or intoxication;
(12)A sick or injured person without an appropriate attendant;
(13)In case of breakage, contamination or loss to the Cabin’s facilities and equipment, the Cabin & Mountain may claim damages;
(14)Please do not remove, alter any equipment or fixtures of the Cabin or use for purposes other than those intended;
(15)The Cabin shall refuse to accommodate people behaving unpleasantly toward other guests or who carry a disease which causes an annoyance to other guests;
(16)Guests are reminded that unauthorized publication for commercial purpose of photographs taken on the premises of the Cabin is prohibited;

 

7.LOST AND FOUND
Lost property and items left at the Cabin will be handled in accordance with the law.
